Chocolate Mint Smoothie

Girl Scout cookies, those damn things are SO GOOD! If you say you have never sat down and eaten an entire sleeve of Thin Mints in one sitting, you are a liar! And if you truly have not done that, please bottle up that self control and sell it!

For those of us who love them, but have fitness goals (bikini season is a-comin!!!)...you are gonna want to give me a big kiss after you try this recipe. It tastes like a Thin Mint. No shit.

Better yet, it is loaded with vitamins and nutrients and can be used as a meal or snack. Yea, you read that right...YOU CAN EAT THIN MINT TASTING SMOOTHIES FOR BREAKFAST AND STILL LOOK LIKE A HOT BABE IN YOUR BIKINI! You are welcome.

With 70+ superfoods packed into one glass, here are some of the benefits you get with this smoothie:

  • Full serving of protein. ( plant-based or whey protein)
  • Antioxidants for immune support
  • Phytonutrients that can have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and liver-health promoting properties

Chocolate Mint Smoothie (makes 1 serving)

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology

  • 8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 handful spinach

  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Ice

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy and freak out over how good it tastes!
